Kristen and Spencer meet in Central Park while walking their dogs Brutis and Chloe Channel. We started at the pond and then we took a little stroll through the park to visit some their favorite spots in the park. We finished out session on the steps of the MET. They are getting married next September in California.
Pratt Institute held it’s annual scholarship benefit at 7 World Trade Center. This year honoree’s were Ellsworth Kelly, Tommy Hilfiger and Emily Fisher Laundau. Kurt Andersen, Marjorie Kuhn and Amy Cappellazzo hosted the presentation. Grammy award- winning singer and songwriter Rosanne Cash performed durning the desert reception. Klara Varosy class of 2011 Industrial Design student at Pratt designed the award.

Why Design Now? Solving Global Challenges was recently held at Jazz at Lincoln Center. It was Hosted by GE and Smithsonian Cooper-Hewittt. Through out the day leaders, scientist and designers shared their thoughts and expertise on how innovation can provide efficient solutions to the most pressing global needs. Richard Saul Wurman (founder of the TED Conference) gave the keynote address to open the conference.
